Constant communication. I was living out of state and going through a lot, transitioning out of the military, having a baby, and buying a house in another state, so I wasn't able to handle all the items that come with selling a home. Jason was more than accommodating. The home was a rental that I hadn't actually been inside of in over 9 years. Jason took care of the inspection and the required repairs he set everything up and sent me updates on everything. I had full trust in him and the house sold very quickly.
